No. It can be accessed from any web browser and if you can use a Microsoft Word or similar, then using our content management system or website editor, will be very simple. We will provide training to use the CMS and ongoing support, allowing you to take control of your website and easily make changes as and when you want to.

If the domain is available then we will purchase and register the domain on your behalf, ensuring that you are the registered owner. This will usually depend on how big the website is e.g. the number of pages required. A simple holding page can be created within 24 hours and more complex projects normally take between four and six weeks depending on the availability of content e.g. text and images. When we know your exact requirements we will complete a full proposal with a realistic timescale. 

No. We agree a fixed price with you, which means you know exactly what you will pay and all our prices are published online here. A full proposal will always be provided before we start any work and all costs are clearly documented. The only time we would charge additional fees would be in the instances where a client requests changes not included in the proposal e.g. additional pages or some additional material or images for the website after work has commenced. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to any work starting

In short, things change and to provide our customers with added comfort, your website can be transferred to another provider with ease. What this means is that they can take their original website if need be and transfer it to another company to maintain.
