The Company

TSS Balustrade Centre are operated by Tube & Steel Supplies Ltd, est. 1999


They pride themselves on their quality of product and service that has led to many longstanding relationships with contractors all over the country.


TSS offer a personalised service meaning that any client is assigned a Project Manager that oversees projects from enquiry stage through to aftercare. Their installation staff are employed directly by the company allowing us them to be extremely flexible when responding to their customers often demanding schedules.

The Brief

Having already built a website for their sister company www.tubeandsteel.com, TSS tasked us with replacing their existing Ecommerce website for their Balustrade Centre, which was not providing much ROI. The new site needed to showcase not only the systems available, but their final products to potential domestic, residential and commercial customers using high quality imagery and video.
