About Paddle Cymru

National Governing Body for Canoeing in Wales

Paddle Cymru are the national governing body for paddlesport in Wales.


They provide support for their members and are advocates for canoeing and kayaking in Wales helping paddlers at every step of their paddlesport career - whether they're recreational paddlers or just looking to enjoy the gorgeous lakes and rivers or competitive paddlers on their way to an Olympic or Paralympic podium. 


On their website you will find details about the people who make up Canoe Wales, how they are structured and the latest press releases. Canoe Wales is committed to supporting its members and providing fully inclusive opportunities for everyone.

THE BRIEF

What they needed

National Governing body for Paddle Sport in Wales and the National White Water Center based in Bala North Wales.


Paddle Cymru requested the design and build of a website that is fully responsive across all devices offering the best possible user experience. We were challenged to find the right balance between the professionalism of the governing body and the look and feel that represents adrenaline and fun. The fantastic images really make this website.  


They have a new platform where they can provide useful information supported by downloadable documents and an integrated blog to share news and events.
